Bradley got an early start in the business of sports while she was studying Law & Public Policy in the Business Program at Gonzaga University. Bradley worked with the GU Baseball team learning everything from daily operations, team management, player eligibility requirements, and the recruiting process for both college and professional players. During this time she also worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation, providing college scholarships to low income high school students who completed the required two year mentorship program.

Since then Bradley has worked with numerous teams, leagues, organizations, athletes, foundations, and companies within the sports industry. She has worked on projects that range from developing the overall Brand Image for athletes and organizations, to consulting Athletes on their Foundation events, management and operations. She is responsible for designing and developing comprehensive digital strategies for her clients, and creating and implementing an entire Player Development program for a Sports Agency, which included Marketing, Endorsements, Media, PR, Community Service, Business Development and overall Athlete Brand management.

In 2010, Bradley partnered with friend and NFL Legend, Marshall Faulk to create 8NINE Agency. The organization provides current and former athletes with the opportunities and resources to become success Business-Professional Athletes by managing their Off-Field Player Development. They emphasize business development, personal development, and above all, philanthropy.

The inspiration for the project comes from the belief that is used in a positive way, the Professional Athlete platform provides the opportunity to not only change lives in our communities today, but there is the potential to change lives for generation to come, by changing the way we live our lives today.

Bradley was the Director of Marketing & Player Development for the Houston and Chicago based Sports Agency, Select Sports Group. She was responsible for creating and managing the Player Development Program for their clients, which included PR, Marketing, Endorsements, Web Presence, Community Service Involvement, Charity Events, and managing the overall strategy for the Athlete’s Brand & Image.
For the international web media firm Infinity Pro Sports, Bradley provided Business & Athlete Development. Infinity provides website design and social media consulting for the sports industry. Her clients include athletes, agents, teams, leagues, sports attorneys, sports foundations, and non-profit organizations.

With 8Nine Agency Bradley works with current and former Athletes to design and develop their Digital Strategies, which are used to provide the foundation to create opportunities both as Professional Athletes and Business Professionals. The websites include the Athlete’s bio, career information, highlights and awards, community involvement, business ventures, business development opportunities. She consults with her clients on how to use the platform to help transition from Professional Athlete to Business-Professional Athlete.

As a contributor for Access Athletes, Bradley focuses on showcasing unique and dynamic Digital Strategies and Image Branding. She shows how Athletes can use their websites as a business platform to generate revenue and create opportunities.
Bradley sits on the Advisory Team for Rhino Sports Performance, owned by former NFL player, Anthony Parker. They provide personalized sports performance training, marketing and mentoring services that focus on student-athletes. They aim to maximize their potential physically and mentally as well as create a commitment to excellence.

Since moving to Chicago in 2009, Bradley had been a proud and active member of the Board of Directors for Kids Fight Cancer.
